THE PEACE OF GOD
Jesus said three times, “Be anxious for nothing” in the New Testament. In Matthew 6:24, it talks about Mammon and then goes right into: “don’t worry”. The spirit of Mammon is behind the god of worry: Today, people are filled with anxiety and worry about the future. God tried to convince the Israelites in the wilderness that they had nothing to worry about, and He says the same to us today. A lot of our perceived needs come from our abundance and opulence. I Timothy 6:7

DEALING WITH CONFLICT
As we approach Valentine’s Day, I decided to take a look at the good and bad sides of relationships. Relationships included conflict beginning with the first couple, Adam and Eve. Their relationship with God became severely strained when they disobeyed His command not eat the fruit from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. GOD'S FAITHFULNESS
The prophet, Jeremiah, passed on a discovery He had made about God after years of serving Him… Jeremiah 3:22,23- Through the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness. Many of us have already discovered that God is a very faithful God. But Jeremiah is telling us here that not only is God faithful, but His faithfulness is also great. Most of us are familiar with the miracle of the Red Sea

PROPHECIES OF CHRISTMAS
There are numerous prophecies throughout the Old Testament that point to the details and significance of Jesus Christ's birth. Five major prophecies stand out and can be boiled down to one word each concerning Christmas Day: 1) SALVATION Zacharias was the father of John the Baptist. He argued with an angel about the naming of his son, which caused him to be made mute until John was born. At his son’s birth, those who were near began asking, “What shall his name be”?
